Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Operations Training Leader, Training Team Leaders, and Training Team
Maintain the training system in accordance with the Quality Management System
Manage business unit training systems to maintain compliance and continually be audit ready.
Requirements
Previous administration experience within a training function or data entry administration role is essential.
Previous experience maintaining Quality Management Systems and training systems is desirable.
IT Literate with practical experience in using Microsoft applications.
Expert user of excel.
Effective communication skills and the ability to convey information accurately and consistently.
A team player with the ability to relate to people and form relationships easily.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and work effectively on your own and within a team.
Ability to work to tight schedules.
