About the role

  • Training Administration Intern supporting training activities in Topcon’s Training Centre located in Italy. Responsible for administrative support, logistics, and assisting trainers during sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the training team
  • Scheduling training sessions, handling logistics, and maintaining training materials
  • Assisting trainers during training sessions and commercial events
  • Ensuring that the training activities are delivered smoothly at all times

Requirements

  • Degree or current enrolment in a university program in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, Education, or similar
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role preferred
  • Experience in a training environment preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in media and content creation, including photo and video creation/editing and social media usage – required
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
