Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality apprenticeship training programmes that develop learners’ knowledge, skills, and behaviours
Support apprentices throughout their entire journey from initial assessment through to Gateway and End Point Assessment
Provide professional and constructive feedback and coaching
Establish strong learner relationships and ensure apprentices are progressing on plan
Maintain accurate learner records across various systems and ensure compliance with Ofsted, ESFA, and awarding body requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of programme resources and quality assurance activities
Requirements
Relevant assessor, teaching, or training qualifications
At least 2 years’ experience delivering apprenticeship training within the business skills sector
Industry experience within a business administration role, with delivery experience at Level 3 Management and/or Business Administration
Strong coaching and mentoring capability, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable: A relevant Business Administration qualification
