About the role

  • Administrator at DWIHN responsible for clinic operations and oversight of outpatient direct service clinics. Engage with clinical teams to ensure compliance with treatment standards and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of operations and staff for DWIHN Outpatient Direct Service Clinics.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the Outpatient Direct Service Clinic’s quality assurance program.
  • Ensure that the behavioral and pharmacologic approaches to treatment are evidence-based or based on universally accepted information.
  • Ensure compliance with assessments, treatment plans, authorization and overall service provisions.
  • Direct clinical supervision is provided.
  • Monitor overall clinical care and quality work.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer/Psychiatrist of Direct Services.
  • Assess current mental health programs and develop new programs as necessary.
  • Prepare and present reports to the DWIHN Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university in the Human Services, the Social Services, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Four (4) years of professional clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or mental health setting.
  • At least one (1) year of experience as an executive, manager, administrator or supervisor in a behavioral healthcare or mental health setting.
  • A Valid State of Michigan clinical licensure: LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LLP or PhD.
  • A valid State of Michigan Driver’s License with a safe and acceptable driving record.
