About the role

  • Business Insights Analyst collaborating with Sales and Marketing to drive brand performance at Lundbeck Canada. Analyzing market data and delivering insights to support evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical insights.
  • Deliver sales, brand, field force effectiveness, KPI, and ROI analyses.
  • Lead sales operations analytics including targeting, alignment, and compensation calculations.
  • Collaborate with BI and IT to design dashboards, automation, and self-service analytics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical sales operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Bilingual French/English required.
