About the role
- Senior Reporting Analyst delivering high-quality governance reporting and performance insights across Road Safety Partnerships. Responsible for coordinating accurate and timely reporting for divisional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality governance reporting and performance insights that support informed decision-making across key programs and Road Safety Partnerships.
- Coordinate and assure accurate, timely and consistent reporting for divisional leadership and governance forums.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, summaries and insights that clearly communicate progress, risks and priorities.
- Monitor program, performance and risk information to identify emerging trends and material issues.
- Provide specialist, evidence-based advice to support governance discussions, assurance activities and executive briefings.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in program/portfolio performance reporting, governance support, monitoring, or analytics within a large, complex, or multi-agency environment.
- Experience in preparing dashboards and developing project or program performance insights, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and business intelligence/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as data analytics, business, commerce, project management or information systems.
- Training or certification in business analysis or business/process improvement (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent).
