About the role

  • Senior Reporting Analyst delivering high-quality governance reporting and performance insights across Road Safety Partnerships. Responsible for coordinating accurate and timely reporting for divisional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality governance reporting and performance insights that support informed decision-making across key programs and Road Safety Partnerships.
  • Coordinate and assure accurate, timely and consistent reporting for divisional leadership and governance forums.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, summaries and insights that clearly communicate progress, risks and priorities.
  • Monitor program, performance and risk information to identify emerging trends and material issues.
  • Provide specialist, evidence-based advice to support governance discussions, assurance activities and executive briefings.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in program/portfolio performance reporting, governance support, monitoring, or analytics within a large, complex, or multi-agency environment.
  • Experience in preparing dashboards and developing project or program performance insights, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and business intelligence/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as data analytics, business, commerce, project management or information systems.
  • Training or certification in business analysis or business/process improvement (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent).
