About the role
- Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for developing reports and indicators to automate processes at S.I.N. Collaborating on strategies for reducing delinquency in credit and collections.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing reports and KPIs to automate processes and controls;
- Assist in defining and implementing strategies to reduce delinquency in collections portfolios, based on market trends and the company's cash flow needs;
- Prepare operational reports to guide the operation (mailing, daily reports, delinquency, payments/write-offs);
- Develop interactive reports with large volumes of data for both operational users and management;
- Gather relevant information for presentation to the executive committee;
- Manipulate data to develop Credit and Collections strategies;
- Process and clean unstructured data sources;
- Open support tickets with solution teams and communicate any issues or delays to users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data-related fields, or related areas;
- Advanced Excel;
- Proficiency in SQL;
- Advanced Power BI.
