- Finance Reporting Analyst responsible for financial management processes at Reckitt in Sisli. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Developing and improving sustainable and automated systems and processes for financial operations.
- Building enduring partnerships, cultivating strong relationships across the company and with external partners.
- Harmonizing cross-GBU in-market process standardization and leading technological advancements for optimal operations.
- Endorsing the integrity of statutory financial outcomes for the market and managing all local filings, queries, and third-party interactions.
- Preparing financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- Managing relationships with global teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly financial statements and monthly data sets for management reporting purposes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Following actions arising from financial control activities to improve the monthly closing processes.
- Dealing with the financial audit processes, being responsible for the preparation of the IFRS and other financial statements and responsible for the information flow to the auditors.
- Providing accounting guidance to the businesses and other teams when necessary.
- Streamlining accounting policies across the group company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Finance.
- 0-3 years of experience in finance area.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experienced in IFRS and TFRS reporting.
- Multitasking & ability to work under strict deadline.
- Analytic and structured thinking ability.
- Flexible, highly motivated and result oriented.
