Sales Representative acting as primary contact for customers and suppliers in electric material distribution company. Receiving calls, placing orders, and providing customer service support.
Responsibilities
Receive customer calls and provide accurate pricing and product information, conducting research as needed;
Enter customer orders into the system;
Follow up with customers on orders in progress;
Track corporate requests, analyze reports, and take appropriate action;
Take necessary steps to resolve customer service issues promptly and follow up to ensure resolution;
Proactively recommend related and/or alternative products when appropriate;
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products;
Requirements
Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
DEP in Electrical Technology and/or sales training (asset)
Good knowledge of the electrical market
Bilingualism (French/English) — required to serve English-speaking customers.
