Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the business and IT
Advise on digital transformation initiatives
Ensure effective business–IT alignment across the Sales & Marketing domain
Analyze and optimize business processes
Promote best practices within the Sales & Marketing domain
Coordinate initiatives related to the preparation of (pre-)studies
Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT requirements
Advise on IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation
Contribute to the evaluation and selection of new IT solutions
Conduct workshops and deliver presentations for stakeholders
Work closely with Domain Architects, Demand Managers, and Solution Architects
Requirements
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of the Sales & Marketing business domain
Several years of experience in consulting
Experience in process analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN)
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Analytical mindset and structured working style
Fluent in German and English; proficiency in another European language (B1) is a plus
