About the role

  • Internal sales representative providing customer support and order management for electrical products at Lumen. Experience in sales and customer service required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls, provide accurate information on pricing and products, and perform research when needed.
  • Enter customer orders into the system.
  • Monitor and follow up with customers on orders in progress.
  • Track corporate requests, analyze reports and take appropriate action.
  • Take timely action to resolve customer service issues and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Proactively recommend related and/or alternative products when appropriate.
  • Keep technical product knowledge up to date.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Vocational diploma (DEP) in Electrical and/or sales training (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of the electrical market
  • Bilingual (French/English) — required to serve English-speaking customers.
