About the role

  • Salesman managing various client portfolios at Nortel, a leading supplier of electrical materials. Focus on prospecting and strengthening relationships while optimizing sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service;
  • Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones, aiming for loyalty and growth of the customer base;
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance;
  • Conduct negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial outstanding items;
  • Identify and offer the best solutions according to customers' needs;
  • Provide outbound and inbound sales support, monitor the entire commercial process, and ensure efficient follow-up.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (college/university degree is a plus)
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in inside sales
  • Knowledge of electrical materials sales
  • Good communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills.
