About the role

  • Sales Assistant responsible for customer phone support and sales processes in electrical wholesale. Collaborating with field sales and managing CRM data for effective customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone support and advisory services for our customers
  • Marketing and implementation of our Sonepar-specific sales concepts
  • Order entry, quotation preparation and follow-up
  • Close cooperation with field sales, technical field sales, Digital Business & Key Account
  • New customer acquisition and data maintenance in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or electrical vocational training
  • Several years of practical experience in sales and, preferably, solid technical and market knowledge of the electrical wholesale sector
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented working style
  • Resilience, willingness to perform, commitment and initiative
