About the role

  • Sales Manager B2B at KaNa Connect GmbH driving new business in telecommunications and energy. Focusing on client acquisition, relationship management, and market analysis in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition in the B2B environment: identifying and approaching potential corporate clients in the telecommunications and energy sectors.
  • Needs analysis & consulting: analyzing business processes and developing tailored solutions for mobile, fixed-line, VoIP and energy.
  • Proposal and contract management: preparing and negotiating bespoke offers through to successful closing.
  • Account management: expanding existing business relationships and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Market and competitor analysis: monitoring market trends and contributing to the development of new sales strategies.
  • Target achievement: consistently delivering on sales targets and reporting to sales management.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in telecommunications, IT, energy or comparable industries.
  • Confident presence, strong negotiation skills and a clear focus on closing deals.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and to advise customers as an equal partner.
  • High self-motivation, proactivity and a structured way of working.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
