About the role

  • Inside Sales Associate in electric wholesale at Sonepar, responsible for customer advisory and sales support. Engage in CRM data management, customer acquisition, and teamwork with sales departments.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone support and advisory services for our customers
  • Promotion and implementation of Sonepar-specific sales concepts
  • Order entry, preparation of quotes and follow-up
  • Close cooperation with field sales, technical field sales, Digital Business and Key Account teams
  • New customer acquisition and CRM data maintenance

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in business administration or electrical engineering
  • Several years of practical experience in sales; solid technical and market knowledge of the electrical wholesale sector is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style
  • Resilience, strong work ethic, commitment and initiative
