About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for managing a BtoB sedentary team in Rennes, optimizing sales performance and client follow-up. Promoting innovative solutions and ensuring team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of TCS to ensure end-to-end customer and order follow-up and to optimize sales performance
  • Define and implement an organization within the team that accounts for markets and specializations
  • Contact prospects provided by the CDVI via outbound calls
  • Provide the CDVI and CDVD with qualified information on prospect follow-up, notably via the CRM
  • Advice & expertise: Ensure high-quality responses for technical studies and estimates by coordinating sedentary experts
  • Ensure effective delivery of training at the MAX branch
  • Promote the full range of innovative solutions in line with product evolution and customer needs: own brands, green offering, marketplace
  • Guarantee the efficiency of the customer response process: ensure proper management of request follow-up regardless of sales channel
  • Coordinate and supervise the management and resolution of delivery and billing disputes within defined guidelines
  • Supervise the completion of all customer requests using customer satisfaction indicators
  • Direct TCS activities in line with the strategy defined by the TCI to optimize sales growth
  • Guide customers toward offers that comply with company strategy: promotions, deprecations, top-margin products
  • Alert the CDVI - CDVD in case of pricing anomalies
  • Promote and ensure implementation of sales tools and methods adapted to commercial policy
  • Participate in the negotiation strategy for supplier exceptions in collaboration with Sales Administration (ADV)
  • Ensure your team provides appropriate responses and communication to customers
  • Ensure compliance with Perfco KPIs: quote follow-ups, customer reactivations, etc.
  • Promote in-branch engagement initiatives and loyalty programs (Select points)
  • Analyze NPS and implement corrective action plans
  • Ensure customers' creditworthiness and enforce the customer credit policy: training and controls
  • Ensure proper invoice collection and rapid resolution of any disputes
  • Ensure the quality of sales: pricing strategy, payments, data, quality control
  • Optimize performance: generate revenue and contribute to the profitability of the entity — turnover, productivity, margin, investment...

Requirements

  • You have proven experience in B2B management of an inside-sales (sedentary) team
  • You are a leader capable of supervising, animating and motivating a team both on-site and remotely
  • You hold a technical background (electrical, industrial, electrotechnical) and/or commercial training (Bac+2 to Bac+3 or equivalent)
  • You have an appetite for deploying and monitoring sales processes as well as knowledge of the local economic landscape
  • You are results-oriented and attentive to performance indicators (quote follow-ups, customer reactivation)
  • You are able to anticipate and prioritize customer needs in order to propose appropriate solutions.
