About the role

  • Marketing Manager at Eventplanning24, managing Performance, Social, and Influencer marketing channels. Collaborating with partners and optimizing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage & optimize marketing channels
  • Plan, execute and optimize performance advertising (ads) campaigns on Google/Meta/Pinterest/TikTok
  • Manage budgets based on performance and re-engage drop-offs
  • Provide a clear 14-day report (clicks → inquiries → bookings → cost/booking)
  • Manage external partners/freelancers when needed
  • Maintain social & influencer content calendar; publish and distribute content
  • Select creators/influencers and manage collaborations
  • Use discount/partner codes and measure their impact
  • Nurture the community (comments/DMs → inquiries)
  • Commission content creation (automate and/or use freelancers)
  • SEO & GEO (AI discoverability)
  • Plan & manage SEO strategy (site structure, content, fundamentals)
  • Build backlinks & partnerships
  • Use AI for content creation and automation
  • Regular monitoring with concise result updates
  • Build and maintain partnerships & affiliate relationships (e.g., venues/planners/service providers)
  • Manage affiliate program (codes, billing, performance)
  • Plan and evaluate joint promotions/bundles
  • Plan trade shows & events goals, budget and presence; coordinate team & materials
  • Staff events and capture leads
  • Quick follow-up and brief analysis of results
  • Customer acquisition & communication
  • Set up & maintain a CRM
  • Email campaigns for customer acquisition
  • Communicate with (potential) customers

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing
  • Practical experience with social media & influencers
  • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills and an independent working style
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and curiosity
  • Ability to quickly learn new subject areas
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
