About the role
- Senior ERP Functional Analyst leading ERP initiatives at Cook Inc. Optimizing workflows and managing system upgrades in the Order to Cash process.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and functional specifications.
- Configure ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain) and validate system changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize enterprise-wide processes
- Manage testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality assurance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (ERP systems experience - SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- ERP Certifications (SAP/Oracle Cloud, or equivalent) preferred
- This role requires fluency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts
- Expertise in ERP systems and business process management
- Strong understanding of ERP modules and business processes
- Experience in Application Management Service Delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
