Responsibilities
Lead/Manage a team of 5 Business Development Managers
Personal revenue targets that make up the majority of the variable pay element for this role
Initial prospecting activities within the SME and Corporate sector
Maintain and develop knowledge across specific industries or regions
Work across internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients
Maintain understanding of the FX market, compliance, and legislative requirements
Utilize internal relationship teams to close sales opportunities
Identify and develop key referral partnerships and relationships
Account Management and managing new customers through to transition stage
Requirements
Prior exposure to the Foreign Exchange (FX) or payments industry is crucial
Strong sales background and looking for first managerial position acceptable
Understanding of consultative sales principles and adept at executive corporate level negotiations
Independent self-starter with a tenacious approach to new business acquisition
Ability to work autonomously while liaising with internal account managers
Established networks in regional markets and industry verticals
Highly self-motivated and confident with integrity to outperform competition
Contribute to a positive team environment and embrace diversity
Fluent in English with excellent communication/presentation skills
