Account Executive coordinating campaign execution across clients and agency teams in Tallahassee, Florida. Managing communications and facilitating collaboration for timely and effective project delivery.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for daily communication between clients and agency teams
Support the development of marketing and advertising strategies by capturing client needs, providing insights and coordinating recommendations from the broader Account Management Team
Actively participate in on-site meetings with clients and vendors
Assist in the execution of campaigns by coordinating with creative, media and production staff
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, escalating issues or risks to senior account leaders as needed
Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation for clients and internal leadership
Monitor campaign performance and assist with analyzing outcomes to support future recommendations
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices to provide value-added insights
Support planning sessions, focus groups and client meetings as required
Regular travel to Tampa and other areas of Florida required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field required
7–10 years of industry experience, including at least 3–5 years of experience in account management or client service within an advertising, marketing or communications agency
Experience supporting large, multi-channel campaigns with public sector or consumer clients preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to foster collaborative client relationships
Familiarity with budget tracking, reporting and project documentation
Ability to coordinate effectively across creative, media and production teams
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive, client-first mindset
