About the role

  • Shape Europe’s sovereign thermal intelligence future.
  • Own and advance high-value relationships with ministries, space agencies, and industry primes, translating interest into long-term partnerships and multi-year contracts.
  • Lead strategic sales and partnership development across government, defence, and institutional customers.
  • Own key accounts and opportunities from introduction through closure, including ministries, primes, and agencies.
  • Drive consortium-based approaches to public tenders and national partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Collaborate closely with our Berlin Representative Office and policy network to align on strategic engagement.
  • Develop and implement repeatable processes for long-cycle government sales, including stakeholder mapping and follow-up systems.
  • Represent constellr at key defence and resilience events globally.
  • Provide senior-level market insights and pipeline visibility to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and technical teams to shape proposals and ensure delivery readiness.
  • Interface with senior government advisors, boards, and international partners to advance long-term mission sales.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in defence, aerospace, or government partnerships; strong familiarity with public procurement systems.
  • Solid understanding of satellite technology, mission architectures, and Earth observation platforms (able to discuss payloads, orbits, and mission concepts with technical counterparts).
  • Proven track record converting strategic relationships into large, multi-stakeholder contracts.
  • Deep understanding of government sales processes, primes, and consortium dynamics.
  • Highly autonomous, with the ability to create structure and drive outcomes in uncharted environments.
  • Technical competency in data interpretation and analysis relevant to remote sensing or defence intelligence.
  • Excellent communicator with board-level credibility.
  • Fluent English; German strongly preferred. Employment is subject to security regulations. Applicants must be citizens of a NATO member state to meet clearance and access control requirements. Based in Germany (Munich or Berlin preferred), with frequent travel.
