About the role

  • Manage HR processes and legal compliance for condominiums in Brazil. Oversee payroll, benefits, and team management accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Implement processes and standards within the Personnel Department;
  • Manage all department processes (timekeeping/attendance reconciliation, payroll, vacations, benefits, alimony garnishments, payroll-deductible loans, hiring and termination processes, taxes and charges, overtime eliminations/adjustments, tax adjustments, among others);
  • Manage and monitor collective bargaining settlements (dissídio), ensuring salary adjustments are applied following ratification with the Ministry of Labor;
  • Issue CRFs and CNDs;
  • Oversee preparation and filing of monthly and annual obligations: FAP and DCTFWeb;
  • Manage submissions of events to eSocial, following the established schedule;
  • Manage absence tracking with the INSS and issue the necessary documents for benefit claims;
  • Manage salary, registration and contractual changes, including issuance of amendment agreements;
  • Monitor and control peripheral items administered by Personnel (Digital Certificates, DBE, Life Insurance, PAT, FAP, VT, VA, PCMSO, PPP, CNPJ);
  • Provide service to internal and external clients (condominium managers, employees and service providers, executive board);
  • Develop and monitor area indicators and targets (KPIs);
  • Manage Personnel communication channels (WhatsApp, newsletters, payslips, communications to condominium managers);
  • Attend condominium assemblies when requested;
  • Provide feedback to the team;
  • Provide managerial support to the team, the executive board and other leaders on labor, tax and legal matters;
  • Promote interaction within the team and across other departments;
  • Conduct periodic employee evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting or Human Resources);
  • Specializations and/or certifications in payroll/personnel management;
  • Experience implementing and managing processes;
  • Experience leading teams;
  • Experience monitoring and executing KPIs;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of legislation: labor, tax, social security and civil law;
  • Knowledge of CLT, Regulatory Standards (Normas Regulamentadoras) and eSocial;
  • Experience in the condominium sector is a plus.
