Change Project Manager responsible for managing project delivery and engaging stakeholders for Severn Trent Water. Ensure effective communication and project governance while driving sustainable change.
Responsibilities
Be directly responsible / accountable for delivery of assigned projects and work-streams through the pre-defined project life cycle.
Actively engage with the Project Sponsor and effectively manage other stakeholders across the business during the course of a project
Communicate effectively on project deliverables to ensure they are well received by the recipients of the change and that the project is successfully delivered
Advise Project Boards, resolve issues and recommend corrective action to implement workings within agreed project governance arrangements
Make sure that project and change benefits are correctly identified and monitored, and a framework is in place to drive and deliver sustainable change.
Requirements
strong leadership and influencing skills with a proven track record in project management
presenting and communicating skills will be a massive help
Experience of benefit identification, definition, business case building and delivery planning / implementation
experience of coaching, training and giving feedback at all levels
ideally have a Project Management accreditation
if that includes Six Sigma training/ accreditation that would be a bonus
