Responsibilities

  • Oversee Back Office activities: supervise teams responsible for technical and administrative operations.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of the processes carried out.
  • Manage workflows and incidents: monitor tickets and requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual commitments.
  • Coordinate projects: participate in the implementation of technical projects (deployment, migration, integration).
  • Collaborate with Front Office teams and clients to streamline communications.
  • Reporting and performance monitoring: produce tracking indicators (KPIs) and activity reports.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose action plans.
  • Team management: coach, train and support Back Office staff.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of IT environments (Windows, Active Directory, ticketing tools)
  • Proficiency in ITIL processes (incident and change management)
  • Proven experience managing Back Office teams in an IT context
  • Familiarity with technical environments and ITSM tools
  • Analytical mindset, customer service orientation and results-driven
