Responsibilities
Preparation of technical and commercial proposals for business-case solutions
Coordination of work and adherence to deadlines with the bid team
Responsibility for formal and structural correctness as well as the high quality of proposals
Identification of technological trends and development of solution offerings
Conducting market screening, benchmarking and competitor analyses
Supporting the sales force through product demonstrations and workshops
Detailed description of application scenarios and customer workflows
Requirements
Degree in (business) computer science, communications engineering, industrial engineering or a related field
Practical experience in a sales-oriented environment as well as in bid management, ideally in a B2G (business-to-government) context
Experience using SIGINT systems
Knowledge of the structures, processes and systems within military procurement organizations (international)
Networks within the defense customer environment (preferably in the MEA region — Middle East & Africa)
Negotiation skills, strong customer orientation, assertiveness and creativity
Organizational talent and a high degree of assertiveness and creativity
High willingness to travel internationally
Strong communication and intercultural skills
Excellent skills with software tools, e.g., MS Office
Excellent German and business-fluent English skills are mandatory
Additional foreign language skills — preferably French — are desirable
