About the role

  • Act as a Business Partner, supporting leaders and teams on people management, engagement, employee climate and performance for the Commercial VP;
  • Lead Talent Attraction processes, from aligning candidate profiles to conducting interviews and monitoring hires;
  • Support Development and Training initiatives, including needs assessment, organizing learning paths and tracking the effectiveness of actions;
  • Contribute to the implementation of strategic HR projects related to performance, culture and organizational development;
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other areas of the People team, ensuring consistency and integration in deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience with high-volume hiring and complex roles;
  • Solid experience in Business Partnering and recruitment and selection processes;
  • Knowledge of training and development;
  • Experience in commercial areas, preferably in retail companies;
  • Experience in dynamic environments and cultural transformation;
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus;
