About the role
- Act as a Business Partner, supporting leaders and teams on people management, engagement, employee climate and performance for the Commercial VP;
- Lead Talent Attraction processes, from aligning candidate profiles to conducting interviews and monitoring hires;
- Support Development and Training initiatives, including needs assessment, organizing learning paths and tracking the effectiveness of actions;
- Contribute to the implementation of strategic HR projects related to performance, culture and organizational development;
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other areas of the People team, ensuring consistency and integration in deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience with high-volume hiring and complex roles;
- Solid experience in Business Partnering and recruitment and selection processes;
- Knowledge of training and development;
- Experience in commercial areas, preferably in retail companies;
- Experience in dynamic environments and cultural transformation;
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus;
