Responsibilities
Lead the technical setup and configuration of meeting room booking/digital signage solutions.
Assist customers in integrating our platform with their existing infrastructure: hardware (digital signage players, SoC, scheduling panels), collaboration suites (Google Workspace/M365), networks, and content management systems.
Act as the main technical point of contact for escalations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to meeting room booking/digital signage deployments.
Provide technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal staff.
Create and maintain user guides, best practice documentation, and FAQs.
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in AV/UC systems, digital signage, or related fields.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, media players, and display technologies.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for digital signage.
Strong understanding on how meeting room booking works in Google Workspace/M365.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
Strong customer-facing communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
