About the role
- Senior Kredit Analyst evaluating diverse credit engagements for COMCO Leasing GmbH in Neuss, Germany. Involves independent credit decisions, market position enhancement, and analytical assessments.
Responsibilities
- Responsible and varied review and assessment of new credit commitments across different industries, including the establishment of borrower units
- Preparation of concise and meaningful balance sheet and creditworthiness analyses
- Independent credit decisions within your delegated authority
- Preparation of decision documents, voting, and close collaboration with department management and executive management
- Servicing, monitoring and renewal of existing credit commitments
- Presentation of exposures to refinancing partners
- Participation in client meetings, including balance sheet and annual financial statement discussions
- Active contribution to the optimization of processes and workflows in credit decision-making
- Undertaking project-related special tasks
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in banking or an equivalent qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in commercial lending at a bank, savings bank (Sparkasse) or leasing company
- Solid knowledge in assessing credit risks and business/economic interrelationships
- Excellent skills in financial statement and creditworthiness analysis
- Ideally, experience in the leasing business
- Analytical thinking, strong risk awareness and sound judgment
- Strong communication skills, reliability and a confident demeanor
- Independent, structured and team-oriented working style
