About the role
- Analyst supporting operational management of FIDCs at Dotz, ensuring process efficiency and quality control in financial products.
Responsibilities
- Support the operational management of FIDCs, including assignments, underlying collateral, reconciliations, and operational controls.
- Monitor end-to-end workflows among originators, managers, administrators, and banking partners.
- Map and organize operational processes for financial products, taking into account the specifics of each stage.
- Identify bottlenecks, operational risks, and opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Support operational adaptation for new products: workflows involving Caixa (bank), managers, administrators, and banking partners.
- Contribute to automation initiatives, the use of AI, and improvements to operational infrastructure.
- Prepare reports, controls, and operational KPIs to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Interest in or knowledge of FIDCs, structured credit, or financial products.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and an analytical profile.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with a process-driven mindset.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of fintech, banking/financial inclusion, credit products (BNPL, loans), SQL/BI, process automation, or technology applied to financial operations.
