About the role

  • Ensures planning and effective control of construction projects for EBM. Involves schedule creation, cost analysis, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Develop physical progress schedules;
  • Develop financial schedules (cashflow forecasts);
  • Develop procurement/supply schedules;
  • Prepare S-curve reports;
  • Manage construction timelines in the short, medium, and long term;
  • Monitor and control disbursements;
  • Manage relationships with financial agents;
  • Conduct site visits;
  • Generate KPIs;
  • Produce physical and financial control reports;
  • Perform other related duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Civil Engineering;
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in Planning;
  • Experience in the construction sector, preparing project cost estimates and quantity takeoffs;
  • Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced);
  • Experience with ERP systems (Sienge is a plus);
  • Experience with Microsoft Project;
  • Experience working at established real estate developers (advantage).
