About the role
- Ensures planning and effective control of construction projects for EBM. Involves schedule creation, cost analysis, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Develop physical progress schedules;
- Develop financial schedules (cashflow forecasts);
- Develop procurement/supply schedules;
- Prepare S-curve reports;
- Manage construction timelines in the short, medium, and long term;
- Monitor and control disbursements;
- Manage relationships with financial agents;
- Conduct site visits;
- Generate KPIs;
- Produce physical and financial control reports;
- Perform other related duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Civil Engineering;
- Minimum 6 months' experience in Planning;
- Experience in the construction sector, preparing project cost estimates and quantity takeoffs;
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced);
- Experience with ERP systems (Sienge is a plus);
- Experience with Microsoft Project;
- Experience working at established real estate developers (advantage).
