Responsibilities
Advising, supporting and caring for people who rely on medical devices
Advising patients, physicians and nursing staff in hospitals
Ensuring patient care in the home environment
Representing our company and our services in hospitals, medical practices and care facilities; actively acquiring and maintaining customers
Monitoring key performance indicators and deriving and implementing measures
Instructing medical personnel in medical facilities or nursing services in the use of medical devices
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training as a (paediatric) nurse, registered nurse, geriatric nurse or health care specialist
Ideally, additional certifications in urology/stoma therapy and/or continence management (care specialist)
Several years of professional experience in the nursing field
Solid expertise in the relevant indications and supply areas
Initial experience in conducting training sessions and/or presentations is an advantage
Strong sales and customer orientation as well as a high degree of independence and organizational skills
Commercial interest and basic numerical literacy as well as MS Office skills
Team player with very good communication skills
Goal-oriented and reliable working style combined with a high level of commitment
Flexibility, openness to change and willingness to travel, as occasional overnight stays in the region may be required
