About the role

  • Business Support Analyst supporting data-driven decisions through Power BI at Coloplast. Collaborating on projects and process improvements within the Business Support department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage local and international projects establishing solid governance, timeline, KPI definition
  • Design, build, and deploy Power BI dashboards and BI reporting tools
  • Analyze data and trends to provide forward-looking insights
  • Map and review department processes to improve effectiveness and performance
  • Contribute to developing Business Cases to drive investments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  • Experience in similar roles: 2 years in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting roles
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to link data insights to strategic objectives
  • Power BI: dashboard creation, data modeling, dataset management
  • Advanced Excel: pivot tables, Power Query, formulas
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles and KPI design
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (preferred)
