About the role
- Part-Time Pricing Analyst supporting pricing strategies and operations at Coloplast in a hybrid work model. Contributing to healthcare solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of pricing strategies
- Ensure smooth operations across systems and processes
- Maintain ERP and Salesforce pricing systems
- Audit base prices and discounts
- Support the Drug Tariff price increase process
- Deliver analysis of costs
- Provide pricing quotations
- Assist with compliance audits to resolve non-conformance issues
- Investigate queries around supplier variances, customer order prices, and credit requests
- Support annual group reporting audits
- Key role in new product set-up across pricing systems
- Contribute to credit control procedures through reporting and issuing credits and debits
Requirements
- Organised, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Adaptability and capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as E1
- Knowledge of Salesforce and pricing processes will be an advantage
