Responsibilities
Support the definition of omnichannel marketing strategies and CRM action plans for our clients across diverse sectors (banking, finance, energy, transport, media, insurance…)
Conduct CRM and marketing maturity assessments (customer data analysis, user journeys, benchmarking…)
Participate in managing CRM projects: scoping, tool deployment, operational support
Structure and monitor the implementation of marketing campaigns
Take part in related change management activities, user training, and customer journey redesign
Contribute to the development of Colombus Consulting by leading internal initiatives to expand our areas of expertise
Requirements
Degree from a top business school, engineering school, or university
Minimum of 3 years' experience, gained in a consulting firm, in marketing and customer experience
Good knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign)
Comfortable with segmentation, scoring, omnichannel campaigns and customer journey design
Meticulous, with excellent analytical and synthesis skills
Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
Full professional fluency in English
