About the role

  • Join Colombus Consulting to enhance AI practices and tools in business processes. Play a key role in optimizing automation and user experiences within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our AI practices and associated tools
  • Optimize and automate processes
  • Deploy new intelligent tools
  • Improve the user experience for our employees
  • Deploy AI and promote AI awareness internally
  • Raise awareness and train employees in AI usage (workshops, guides, materials, creation of MOOCs, etc.)
  • Provide user support to our employees
  • Collect internal initiatives from the firm
  • Co-create and run AI roadmaps with the firm's business teams
  • Contribute to managing the integration of tools within Colombus Consulting's IT ecosystem
  • Monitor application of data quality rules
  • Design and maintain AI best practices (governance, quality, responsible use)
  • Internal communication and follow-up: ensure communication relays with internal bodies
  • Improve internal processes and automation
  • Optimize and digitalize internal processes: project management, reporting, knowledge management, activity tracking, etc.
  • Propose, test and deploy innovative tools: internal AI assistants, automated agents/workflows, dashboards, content generators, etc.
  • Support Data & AI consultants in integrating AI into their engagements: task automation, analysis support, delivery optimization
  • Help teams integrate AI into their methodologies (structuring, advising, scoping)
  • Develop tools and prototypes to meet business or client needs
  • Watch and innovate
  • Monitor AI technologies, no-code/low-code, automation, security and emerging technologies
  • Conduct tool benchmarks, document and recommend solutions adapted to the needs of the firm's support teams (recruitment, order management, finance, etc.)

Requirements

  • Degree from a leading engineering school
  • Passionate about AI, automation and innovative tools
  • Comfortable with Generative AI (e.g., Copilot)
  • Prompt engineering
  • Automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
  • Development (e.g., Python or JavaScript)
  • Prototyping (e.g., Replit or Lovable)
  • Collaborative tools (notably SharePoint and Azure)
  • Cloud production deployment (GCP, Azure, Vercel, etc.)
  • Ability to review, understand and debug code
  • Knowledge of security, access governance and software quality (SSO, permission management, GDPR)
  • Prior experience (including internships) in developing tools, automations or prototypes (Python, APIs, no-code/low-code, scripts) is an asset
  • Experience deploying AI applications/assistants in a professional environment is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong inclination for collaborative work and supporting teams
