About the role

  • Key Account Manager responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Working with a focus on B2B marketing in a young team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarization with our products, processes and team.
  • Take over our largest key account, including project coordination and documentation for this client.
  • Collaborate on developing the campaign plan for this key account.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Increase the margin generated from working with our key accounts by 20%.
  • Establish automation capabilities for print mailings for our key accounts.
  • Develop and/or take on three additional key accounts, supported by senior management.

Requirements

  • You hold a university degree, preferably in business, marketing or corporate communications.
  • You have several years of experience as a Key Account Manager with a background in B2B marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • You are business-fluent in German and English.
  • You act as a leader for a (virtual) team without formal line-management responsibilities.
  • You serve as the information manager between the key account and our company.
  • As Key Account Manager you bear overall responsibility for the business relationship with our key accounts.
