Responsibilities
Ensure partners are fully utilising their agreed packages and deliverables
Oversee the timely upload and promotion of partner content
Maintain structured communication plans with all partners
Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners
Act as senior escalation point for operational issues
Lead, mentor and develop the Account Management team
Establish clear processes and service standards
Improve efficiency and consistency across accounts
Work closely with Content, Marketing, Data and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of partner activity
Provide structured feedback from partners to internal teams
Support the Sales team by ensuring smooth handovers following new partnership agreements
Coordinate partner participation and communication
Manage timelines and deliverables
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution
Ensure a high-quality partner and attendee experience
Requirements
Strong background in Account Management / Client Services within a B2B environment
Experience managing and developing a team
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong project management capability
Confident analysing performance data and presenting insights clearly
Proactive and solutions-oriented
Comfortable working cross-functionally
Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Experience with project management tools
