Responsibilities
Full accountability for the online department.
Contribute to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members and community.
Help get online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers.
Orders picked up as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to customers in Coles delivery vans.
Report to the Online Department Manager.
Requirements
Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team.
Take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs.
Flexibility with afternoon and evening working hours.
Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
