About the role

  • Manager Technology Support providing tactical direction and coaching to IT staff for a health technology organization. Requires hybrid work in Puerto Rico with 5 years of experience in IT.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures processes and Service Level Agreements meet department standards
  • Manages resources and work requests related to production for multiple systems and/or processes
  • Ensures accurate status reporting in assigned areas
  • Provides reports to IT management
  • Provides input on project estimates and resource plan for assigned area
  • Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports

Requirements

  • Requires an AA/AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Management or lead experience strongly preferred
  • IT Service Management ticketing system experience strongly preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
