Responsibilities
Ensures processes and Service Level Agreements meet department standards
Manages resources and work requests related to production for multiple systems and/or processes
Ensures accurate status reporting in assigned areas
Provides reports to IT management
Provides input on project estimates and resource plan for assigned area
Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
Requirements
Requires an AA/AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
Bachelors degree preferred
Management or lead experience strongly preferred
IT Service Management ticketing system experience strongly preferred
