About the role

  • Operations Customer Expert providing customer service in Saarbrücken, Germany. Handling customer inquiries and managing complaints with a focus on service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to telephone and written customer inquiries in German
  • Recording and maintaining customer data in the client’s system
  • Complaint management
  • Receiving, processing, or forwarding complaints and customer requests

Requirements

  • Motivated work attitude
  • Team spirit and flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Strong service orientation and experience in customer service
  • Willingness to work shifts (regular shift schedule)
  • Completed vocational training or previous experience in a call center is an advantage but not required
  • Good PC skills and experience with MS Office
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken
