About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist providing support to the Talent Acquisition Team in the onboarding process for new hires at Coca-Cola Bottler. Engaging with candidates and managing pre-employment processes.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Talent Acquisition Team in assisting the offer & pre-boarding process
- Facilitates the post-offer pre-employment process providing technical and logistical support
- Manages the onboarding process for hires including sending offer letters and compliance requirements
- Interacts with candidates/applicants, hiring managers, payroll, and other partners and external vendors to accomplish tasks and address issues/questions
- Provides support to team involving scheduling of events (hiring events, career fairs, etc.)
- Maintains a candidate tracker, updated daily and shared with key stakeholders
- Willingness to provide coverage for other TA Specialists as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of relevant work experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills is a must with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Experience with recruiting information and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Experience with background check processing and administration
- Customer-focused approach to building positive relationships and responding to the needs of applicants/candidates, team members, and hiring managers
- Strong detail orientation follow up and organizational skill
- Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and maintains strict confidentiality
- Ability to work independently, enthusiastically, creatively, and with limited direction while meeting commitments
