Responsibilities
Provides support to the Talent Acquisition Team in assisting the offer & pre-boarding process
Facilitates the post-offer pre-employment process providing technical and logistical support
Manages the onboarding process for hires including sending offer letters and compliance requirements
Interacts with candidates/applicants, hiring managers, payroll, and other partners and external vendors to accomplish tasks and address issues/questions
Provides support to team involving scheduling of events (hiring events, career fairs, etc.)
Maintains a candidate tracker, updated daily and shared with key stakeholders
Willingness to provide coverage for other TA Specialists as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of relevant work experience
Intermediate to advanced computer skills is a must with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Experience with recruiting information and applicant tracking systems preferred
Experience with background check processing and administration
Customer-focused approach to building positive relationships and responding to the needs of applicants/candidates, team members, and hiring managers
Strong detail orientation follow up and organizational skill
Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and maintains strict confidentiality
Ability to work independently, enthusiastically, creatively, and with limited direction while meeting commitments
