About the role

  • Senior Recruitment Consultant supporting management consultancies to access top independent associates. Role involves business development, client engagement and hands-on recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Win and grow new client accounts using our structured BD playbook
  • Offer strategic guidance to clients: translate client needs into clear, compelling role profiles
  • Own the full contract recruitment lifecycle
  • Help scale by collaborating across the team, improving processes, and taking real ownership

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience; Consultant - Senior Consultant
  • Strong business development ability/potential
  • Some experience using HubSpot and other systems in line with best practice
  • Experienced LinkedIn user
  • Experience working with longer sales cycles and SaaS environments
  • Knowledge of the Management Consulting sector
  • Knowledge of contract recruitment
  • Track record: Able to demonstrate results in this space
  • Soft skills: Interested in growing a business, Team player, Demonstrates strong agency and proactivity
