About the role

  • District Sales Manager directing Account Developers in selling Coca-Cola products. Responsible for safety, revenue generation, and team development in the Bluefield area.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading, directing, and developing a group of assigned Account Developers in the selling of company products
  • Foster key customer relationships and cross-functional partnerships
  • Participate in strategic planning of key initiatives
  • Accountable for safety, quality, volume, and revenue generation
  • Teach, train, coach, acquire, and develop account developers on processes and procedures
  • Set sales goals, timelines, and target lists for account developers
  • Manage timely execution of all sales programs and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to maximize sales and profitability
  • Develop and present sales plans to internal and external customers
  • Manage, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results
  • Implement continuous improvement methods and ensure safe working conditions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid in-state Driver’s License; excellent driving history
  • Knowledge of CCCI Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery operations
  • Prior leadership and management experience a plus.
  • Must demonstrate good planning techniques and organizational skills.
