About the role

  • Director of Enterprise Sales in a global communications company leading a sales squad to achieve financial KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support sales initiatives in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develops short- and long-term strategy and goals for the squad
  • Focuses on the achievement of financial KPIs and removes roadblocks
  • Coordinates daily activities and ensures work cadence in Agile
  • Acts as a coach, motivator, and navigator for sales
  • Manages squad’s performance and delivers feedback
  • Serves as the main point of contact with supporting teams

Requirements

  • Experience in managing sales teams
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving financial KPIs
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills
