About the role
- Sales Merchandiser enhancing Coca-Cola sales and managing relationships in large stores. Responsible for inventory management and customer education regarding beverages.
Responsibilities
- Educate and excite customers about our leading portfolio of beverages
- Sell incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs where applicable
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, promotional ad signage (point of sale) and displays
- Ensure each account meets defined merchandising standards, determine stores’ product needs and transmit appropriate replenishment orders
- Communicate and collaborate account activities to appropriate business partners
- Regular lifting of up to 40 pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling and merchandising
Requirements
- At least 18yrs old
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record within company policy.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- 1+ years of general work experience required
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Proficient computer application skills
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 40 pounds
- Ability to reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
- Ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
- Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.
