Responsibilities
Take a strategic approach to increasing market share of the ROCKWOOL brand through residential and commercial building opportunities.
Assume ownership and lead the South Central team of Territory Sales Managers.
Identify key markets and trends that deliver clear strategies to regional team to grow business.
Expand stakeholder engagement by developing direct relationships with builders and insulation contractors.
Provide detailed market insight and analytics as required to effectively drive growth.
Prioritize and drive sales results within specified market segments.
Coach Territory Sales Manager on key strategic plans and programs to increase market share.
Deliver value to key stakeholders with customer service, technical information, and installation assistance.
Conduct trainings, both in person and virtually, to increase knowledge of key stakeholders.
Provide management with regular insights to effectively support and develop new business opportunities.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in the Building Material/Construction industry, a MUST
Sales Leadership - Experience mentoring and growing sales teams
Experience with sustainable solutions and energy efficiency, a plus
Strong presentation skills
Highly skilled proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software
