About the role

Responsibilities

  • The face and driver of Workplace and Employee Experience programs in APAC
  • Operating as the single point of contact for regional office needs.
  • Acting as an ambassador for all of the Workplace and Employee Experience programs and initiatives.
  • Driving strong, strategic partnerships with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver aligned, high-impact workplace experiences.
  • Serving as a strategic partner to HR, business leadership, IT, Security, and other cross-functional teams to anticipate needs, surface risks early, and drive clear, consistent communication.
  • Facilitating cross-functional coordination that ensures seamless execution of regional initiatives, including program rollouts, policy updates, operational changes, and leadership requests.
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with country/region leaders to gather feedback, understand local nuance, and proactively shape the in-office experience.
  • Successfully design APAC specific programs and launch global Workplace and Employee programs in-region
  • Act as a program and/or project manager for various initiatives (builds, offsites, regional events, connection programs, etc.).
  • Contributing new ideas to improve programs, productivity, efficiency, and quality of service.
  • Operationalizing Workplace initiatives and programs with smooth onsite operational processes and local/global social connection events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within Employee Experience, Workplace Experience, Office Operations, HR/People Operations or People Program Management
  • Experience successfully organizing, executing, and tracking detailed projects and programs and relating them to the larger picture
  • Experience supporting a distributed workforce, across multiple countries and/or time zones
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, especially with upper leadership
  • Good written communication skills
  • Self-starter; handles self with minimal supervision and is proactive
  • Flexible in the face of organizational change and shifting priorities
