Social Commerce Manager responsible for managing TikTok and Live Shopping channels at QVC. Optimizing social commerce presence and collaborating with internal teams for successful campaigns.
Responsibilities
You independently manage and optimize our social commerce presence on TikTok and, prospectively, on other channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest, ensuring an attractive and sales-driven presence.
You plan, implement, and analyze social commerce campaigns and live shopping events, always aiming to increase reach, engagement, and revenue.
You build sustainable partnerships with creators and influencers, develop creative concepts together, and manage collaborations from ideation to execution.
You work closely with internal teams such as Purchasing, Planning, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations and successful campaigns.
You analyze the performance of our social commerce activities using relevant KPIs, derive optimization measures, and present your results to the team.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or a degree in Online/Social Media, E‑Commerce, Communication or Media Studies, or a comparable qualification.
You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in social media or e‑commerce and are familiar with the particularities and trends of the main social commerce platforms.
You have experience in creator and influencer management as well as in planning and executing campaigns and live shopping events.
You are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a team, and can coordinate various internal and external partners.
You think analytically, are creative, and enjoy testing new ideas and optimizing processes.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
