Responsibilities
- Together with the Restaurant Manager, you ensure that breakfast, lunch and dinner run smoothly
- Keep the team motivated
- Ensure a high-quality restaurant experience for our guests
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operational tasks
- Responsible for the entire breakfast service, including team coordination and quality standards
- Co-responsible for shift planning and staff deployment coordination
- Welcome, seat and personally attend to our guests
- Train, develop and coach staff
- Monitor and enforce quality and hygiene standards and internal processes
- Work closely with the kitchen, F&B and all relevant departments
- Participate in service – hands-on whenever required
- Support administrative tasks (daily closings, ordering, inventory, KPI monitoring)
Requirements
- Degree from a recognized Swiss hotel management school
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Mature personality both professionally and personally, with heart and empathy
- Strong communication skills and highly resilient
- Strong organizational flair
- Good command of German and English
- Quality is a top priority
