Responsibilities
Together with the Restaurant Manager, you ensure that breakfast, lunch and dinner run smoothly
Keep the team motivated
Ensure a high-quality restaurant experience for our guests
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operational tasks
Responsible for the entire breakfast service, including team coordination and quality standards
Co-responsible for shift planning and staff deployment coordination
Welcome, seat and personally attend to our guests
Train, develop and coach staff
Monitor and enforce quality and hygiene standards and internal processes
Work closely with the kitchen, F&B and all relevant departments
Participate in service – hands-on whenever required
Support administrative tasks (daily closings, ordering, inventory, KPI monitoring)
Requirements
Degree from a recognized Swiss hotel management school
Several years of professional experience in a similar role
Mature personality both professionally and personally, with heart and empathy
Strong communication skills and highly resilient
Strong organizational flair
Good command of German and English
