Delivering numeric distribution objectives for both direct and indirect distribution
Managing customer payments and debtor day objectives
Managing a two tier sales team of Sales Executives and Salesforce (9-10 company employees) including resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery
Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.
Requirements
PG preferred. Or graduate with good qualifications.
At least 6-7 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with customer management skills
At least 3 years of team leader experience of company employees preferably in ASM or equivalent position
Experience with reputed B2C companies in leadership positions in their segments
Industry preference FMCG/Paints/Lubes/Tyres/Consumer durables
